      We emphasize on the importance of a clean and clear communication system within the organization. Workers understand exactly whom they should report to. This is a vital factor in determining how quickly a problem or an emergency when spotted is attended to by the ‘right’ personnel.

      All staff deployed at site will go through the same training. The purpose of this is to make sure that by the end of the 2 months intensive course, every staff will become multi-skilled. Although this arrangement is costly considering that we shall be assigning a particular post to each of our staff after they have completed the course, we insist that there should be no short cuts at all when it comes to training our team.

      We believe by training our staff to be multi skilled, we are indeed preparing them for any unforeseen and adverse conditions. All our workers at site shall be called collectively as ‘housekeepers’.
